Restricted order journey
From key request to production
When someone orders a key they are not already authorised for, the affected order is safely held while the system owner or a management user checks the request.
The requester submits the key details, delivery address and system number.
Check the requester and order against your records, then record your decision online.
Approved orders move into production. If denied, the order stays held while our team handles it.
