Welcome to LockandKey.co.uk. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them carefully before purchasing. These terms apply to all sales made through our website or over the phone.

2. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

Payment can be made securely via PayPal, debit or credit card. Orders will only be dispatched once payment is received in full.

3. Delivery

Delivery costs and lead times are outlined on our Returns & Delivery Policy page. We do everything possible to dispatch your order promptly. Once in transit, responsibility for delivery timing rests with the courier.

4. Customised Products

Custom-made items such as keyed-alike locks or keys cut to code are produced specifically for your order. As such, they are non-refundable unless faulty. Please ensure your details are correct before placing an order for these products.

5. Returns and Refunds

We aim to keep returns simple and fair. Full details can be found in our Returns & Delivery Policy. Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging, within 28 days of receipt, unless otherwise agreed.
