YALE Y3 Non-Deadlocking Nightlatch

The Yale Y3 Non-Deadlocking Nightlatch is a stylish, contemporary alternative to the classic Yale 77 traditional nightlatch. Designed to offer modern aesthetics without compromising on standard security, it is an ideal retro-fit replacement that requires no additional chiselling or door modification when replacing an existing Yale 77.

This nightlatch features a 60mm backset and is suitable for both left and right-handed, inward-opening doors. It includes an internal snib button, allowing you to easily deadlock the latch from the inside or hold the latch back to prevent the door from locking behind you. Supplied with a secure 5-pin Yale 1109 rim cylinder and two keys, it also features anti-bump protection for added peace of mind.

The Yale Y3 is available in a selection of finishes to match your door hardware. Please choose your preferred case finish (including Black, Brasslux, or Polished Chrome) and cylinder finish (Polished Brass or Chrome Plated) from the options below.
