The Yale L22080 Euro Profile Sashcase is a robust and reliable latch and deadbolt lockcase, specifically designed for installation in metal doors. With its slim 30mm backset and 48mm centres, this sashcase is an ideal choice for narrow-profile metal door frames in both commercial and residential settings.
This lockcase features a standard sashlock operation where the deadbolt is thrown and retracted by a euro profile cylinder (sold separately), and the latchbolt can be operated by either a lever handle or the cylinder key. For added security, it is fitted with an anti-thrust snib that automatically deadlocks the latchbolt when the door is closed, preventing physical tampering.
The latchbolt is fully reversible, making it suitable for both left and right-handed doors. Handing can be adjusted quickly by inserting a screwdriver into the rear of the case, pushing the latch forward, and rotating it. Please note that this unit is supplied without a faceplate.
