YALE L22070 Euro Sashcase

The Yale L22070 Euro Sashcase (also branded under the Union name) is a high-quality, euro-cylinder operated mortice lock case designed primarily for metal doors. It features a robust double-throw deadbolt, which extends 12mm on the first turn of the key and a further 12mm on the second turn to provide reliable security.

Operating as a standard sashlock, the deadbolt is controlled by a euro profile cylinder, while the latchbolt is operated by a lever handle. The latch is fully reversible to suit both left and right-handed doors. Reversing the latch is straightforward: simply insert a screwdriver into the rear of the lock case directly behind the latch, push it forward, and rotate it to the required hand.

Please Note: This product is supplied as the lock case only. The faceplate and striking plate are not included, as they are no longer manufactured or available separately. This makes the L22070 ideal as a direct replacement for an existing unit where the original faceplate and strike plate can be reused.
