YALE 81 Rollerbolt Nightlatch

The Yale 81 Rollerbolt Nightlatch is designed for doors where a simple push/pull action is required without the risk of accidental lockouts. This makes it an ideal choice for flat entrance doors, communal areas, and multi-occupancy properties.

The clever rollerbolt design allows the door to be pushed or pulled open when unlocked. For security, the rollerbolt also functions as an extended-throw deadbolt that can be locked or unlocked from both sides. From the inside, the lock is operated via a convenient turn handle, while key operation is used from the outside.

This nightlatch features a 60mm backset and a durable Dull Metal Grey case finish. It is available in multiple configurations, including a "Case Only" option or as a complete kit supplied with a Yale 1109 5-pin cylinder and 2 keys. Depending on your choice, the cylinder finish is available in Polished Brass or Satin Chrome, with weights ranging from 860g to 970g.
