The Yale 334 2 Lever Rim Sashlock is a cost-effective, surface-mounted locking solution designed for internal doors, sheds, and wooden gates where basic security is required. This traditional rim lock is easy to install directly onto the surface of the door, making it an ideal choice for applications where cutting a deep mortice is not preferred.
Featuring a non-handed, double-handed design, the lock is fully reversible and can be mounted on either left or right-handed doors. Its two-way keyhole allows the unit to be installed either way up, eliminating any handing issues during installation.
The lock is designed for use with rim knob furniture. The latchbolt is operated by a rim knob from either side, while the key-operated deadbolt can be locked and unlocked from both the inside and outside. It comes complete in a classic grey finish and is supplied with a matching staple keep and two keys.
