The UNION 3K74 Rebate Kit is a precision-engineered accessory designed to allow UNION (formerly Chubb) C-Series 3K74, 3K74E, and 3K75 mortice sashlocks to be fitted securely to rebated double doors. Ideal for timber French doors or double doors with an overlapping rebate, this kit ensures a flush, professional, and secure finish.
Because the compatible sashlocks feature a roller latchbolt, this rebate kit is fully reversible and suitable for doors hung on either the left or right hand, requiring no complex modifications during installation. It is designed for doors with a standard 13mm rebate depth.
