The Squire SS50CEM Marine Grade Stronghold Closed Shackle Padlock is a high-security, compact padlock body designed to withstand both physical attacks and the harshest weather conditions. Featuring a solid hardened steel body with a marine-grade electrophoretic finish, this padlock has been salt spray tested for over 200 hours, making it ideal for marine environments, coastal areas, and demanding outdoor applications.

As a "Body Only" model, the SS50CEM is specifically engineered to accept a modified 71mm double Euro profile cylinder or an SC65 padlock insert (available separately). This allows you to easily integrate the padlock into existing master key systems or keyed-alike suites, providing maximum flexibility and cost-effective maintenance.

The closed shackle design significantly reduces shackle exposure, protecting the 10mm hardened boron alloy steel shackle from cutting, cropping, and prying attacks. It is highly suited for securing garages, warehouses, commercial vehicles, perimeter gates, and high-security doors.
