The Locinox MAG3000 is a robust, surface-mounted electromagnetic gate lock designed specifically for outdoor access control. Suitable for square posts and gate profiles ranging from 40mm to 80mm, this high-quality lock is supplied complete with stylish, integrated handles. It provides a reliable holding force of 300kg (660lbs) to keep your property secure.
Engineered for durability in harsh environments, the MAG3000 features a powder-coated aluminium housing that is 500-hour salt spray resistant. Security is enhanced by a raised edge on the magnet housing, which deters crowbar attacks by preventing tools from being inserted between the magnet and the armature plate. Additionally, an integrated anti-residual magnetism kick-off system ensures smooth and immediate gate release when power is cut.
Installation is quick and straightforward thanks to the patented Locinox Quick-Fix expanding bolts, eliminating the need for time-consuming welding. This fail-safe (fail-open) lock operates on 12V or 24V DC.
