The Kickstop 9618 HingeGuard plates are designed to reinforce and strengthen wooden door frames, specifically targeting the often-overlooked hinge side of the door. Acting as a shorter version of a traditional Birmingham Bar, these plates provide robust protection against forced entry and 'kick-in' attacks on inward-opening doors.

Each pack contains two heavy-duty steel plates that are screwed directly onto the internal face of the door frame adjacent to each hinge. This reinforces the frame at its weakest points, ensuring that the hinges cannot be easily forced out of the timber during an attempted burglary.
