The Kickstop 9614 16mm Birmingham Door Bar is a heavy-duty, flat steel security bar designed to reinforce and strengthen wooden door frames against forced entry and kick-in attacks. This dual-purpose bar is primarily used to strengthen the hinge side of the door frame on inward-opening doors. Additionally, it can be used on the locking side of the frame if only mortice locks are fitted (where no rim lock staple is present).

Manufactured from high-grade, 5mm thick solid steel, the bar features rounded edges for a neat finish and countersunk fixing holes to ensure screws sit flush with the surface. It is finished with a durable polyester powder coating, available in both White and Brown finishes to suit your door frame.
