Ingersoll RA71 & SC71 Nightlatch

The Ingersoll RA71 & SC71 Nightlatch is a legendary high-security deadlocking rim lock, renowned for its strength and reliability. Featuring a robust 10-lever mechanism, this nightlatch provides exceptional resistance to picking and tampering, making it a trusted choice for residential and commercial properties alike.

This lock is available in two distinct configurations to suit your needs. The SC71 is a complete lock package, supplied with an external 10-lever cylinder, three keys, and a standard strike plate suitable for inward-opening doors. The RA71 is a replacement lockcase-only version, supplied without a cylinder, keys, or strike plate, which is ideal if you are upgrading or replacing an existing worn lockcase.

Both versions feature automatic deadlocking when the door closes, a 14mm bolt throw, and an internal snib for a convenient hold-open function. Additionally, a double-locking feature can be activated by turning the key in the opposite direction from the outside.

These locks are available in multiple finishes, including Chrome Plated, Polished Brass, and Satin Chrome, with weights ranging from 670g to 1.14kg. Please choose your preferred configuration, finish, and keying options from the selections below.
