The ICS EB180 Solenoid Bolt Slim Mortice is a high-security, slimline electric drop bolt designed specifically for narrow stile timber and hollow metal doors and frames. Offering exceptional versatility, this compact solenoid bolt can be installed either horizontally or vertically, making it an ideal choice for single or double-action doors. It operates on a fail-safe (power to lock) configuration, ensuring doors unlock automatically in the event of a power failure to maintain safe egress.

Equipped with intelligent logical circuitry, the EB180 features an adjustable auto-relocking timer delay of 0, 3, 6, or 9 seconds. It is fully monitored, providing reliable feedback on the lock status, and boasts a robust vandal-resistant design to prevent tampering. To maximise energy efficiency and prolong the lifespan of the lock, the current consumption automatically drops from a 0.9A pull-in current to a low 0.3A holding current once the bolt is fully projected.
