The closer can be configured on-site to operate in either 'hold open' or 'free swing' mode. In Hold Open mode, it holds the door open to assist traffic flow, while in Swing Free mode, it allows the door to operate with virtually no resistance. When connected to the building's fire detection system, the closer automatically releases and closes the door securely upon fire detection. It features adjustable closing speed and latching action, allowing for a slower, safer closing motion.
