FIRESTOP Superior 60 Drop Down Seal

The FIRESTOP Superior 60 Drop Down Seal is a high-performance, automatic threshold seal designed to form an effective barrier against fire, smoke, noise, light, and insects. Engineered specifically for timber doors, this seal is activated by the closing action of the door, dropping down to seal the gap only when closed. This keeps the threshold flat and clear when the door is open, preventing the need for raised threshold plates.

Constructed with a durable aluminium body and an extractable squared nylon plunger with a return spring, the seal is endurance-tested to 200,000 cycles with a 17mm maximum drop. It features a high-quality, self-extinguishing co-extruded seal. For a precise fit, it can be cut down to size by up to a maximum of 150mm. It is supplied complete with screws for quick and easy fitting on either the inside or outside of the door.

This seal is available in multiple lengths ranging from 72.6cm to 1.026m, with weights from 380g to 540g, and manufacturer references from FS1334 to FS1337. Please select your required size and specification from the options below.
