The FIRESTOP Self-Adhesive Universal Intumescent Tubular Latch Kit is designed to protect door ironmongery and prevent the spread of fire. It is an essential component when fireproofing properties, ensuring that rebated hardware does not compromise the integrity of fire doors.

Manufactured in the UK from high-performance 1mm thick flexible intumescent sheet, this kit expands to many times its original volume when exposed to heat. This expansion seals the gaps around the latch, creating an effective barrier against fire and heat transfer. The kit is pre-scored with fold lines for an easy, full wraparound installation and features a self-adhesive backing for quick and secure fitting.

This universal kit is designed to suit both 64mm and 76mm latch case depths and comes complete with strike plate and forend protection. It has been fully fire tested to BS EN 1634-1 and BS 476: Part 22, making it suitable for both 30 and 60-minute (FD30/FD60) fire door applications.
