The EVVA AirKey Rim Proximity Cylinder is a versatile, high-security electronic locking solution designed for doors fitted with standard rim locks where one-sided access authorisation is required. Perfect for residential properties, short-term holiday lets, and commercial premises, this cylinder allows you to easily replace your existing mechanical rim cylinder and upgrade to a smart access control system.

With the EVVA AirKey, access is managed and granted using NFC-compatible smartphones (both Android and iOS), Bluetooth, or physical AirKey cards and key tags. Keys can be sent securely over the internet via SMS text messages with push notifications, making it incredibly convenient to hand over access remotely.

Built to withstand the elements, the cylinder features an IP65 weatherproof rating and operates reliably in temperatures ranging from -20°C to +55°C, making it suitable for both internal and external doors. It is supplied with two CR2 batteries, offering a long operational life of up to 30,000 cycles, and features a modular design that allows for future adaptations.
