DORMAKABA TS73V Size 2-4 Overhead Door Closer

The dormakaba TS73V (formerly Dorma) is a highly versatile and reliable overhead door closer, specifically designed for internal doors, including single- and double-leaf fire doors. Featuring a compact, flat format, it is quick and straightforward to install across a range of applications, including Fig 1, Fig 61, and Fig 66.

One of its standout features is the "thinking" backcheck, which automatically adjusts to cushion the door if it is opened forcefully, protecting both the door and the adjacent wall. The spring strength is easily adjustable between sizes EN 2 to 4 using an Allen key, allowing you to tailor the closing force to your specific door requirements. With an anti-corrosion finish, the TS73V is also suitable for use in moist or damp environments.

This non-handed, reversible door closer is Certifire approved and fully tested to BS EN 1154, offering up to 2 hours of fire protection on timber doors and up to 4 hours on metal doors.
