The dormakaba BTS80 Floor-Concealed Spring Door Closer (formerly known as Dorma) is a highly adaptable and robust solution designed for heavy-duty door control. Thanks to its compact body, this floor spring can be easily installed in locations where larger, more obtrusive closers would be impractical, making it ideal for thin slab concrete subfloor constructions. It is suitable for both single and double-acting doors, offering a concealed installation that preserves the clean visual aesthetic of your entryway.

This EN Size 3 floor spring is fully reversible (non-handed) and capable of supporting doors weighing up to 300kg with a maximum door width of 950mm. It features a built-in mechanical backcheck to protect both the door and adjacent walls from damage caused by forceful opening. Additionally, the BTS80 offers a hydraulically adjustable hold-open feature, allowing you to set the door to remain open at your desired angle. Please note that this unit is supplied without a top cover plate, which must be purchased separately.
