The dormakaba BTS80 EMB is a heavy-duty, floor-concealed door closer designed for applications where surface-mounted life safety products cannot be installed. Featuring a 24V DC electro-magnetic hold-open function, this floor spring is particularly well-suited for fire and smoke check doors, allowing them to remain open during normal use and close automatically in the event of an emergency or power failure.

This versatile floor spring is suitable for both single and double-action doors weighing up to 300kg. It provides exceptional control with fully adjustable closing and latching speeds, alongside a mechanical backcheck to prevent damage from violent opening.
