The dormakaba Backset Adaptor (also known as a drive assembly) is designed specifically to suit the dormakaba Simplex 3000 series of mechanical digital locks. This complete mounting backplate assembly kit is essential for installing the Simplex 3000 series narrow stile lock onto your door, allowing it to interface correctly with compatible latch mechanisms.

Because these adaptors are factory-handed and configured for specific dimensions, they are available in multiple variations. Depending on your door setup, you can choose between 25mm and 28mm backsets, as well as left-hand or right-hand configurations. They are also designed to suit either Adams Rite 4710 or Adams Rite 4710/4720 latches (please note that latches are not supplied).
