The Codelocks KL1200 is a robust, battery-operated digital cabinet lock designed as a quick retrofit for standard keyed cam locks on lockers, cabinets, and cupboards. It can also be easily fitted to units without existing locks, providing immediate keypad access without the hassle of keys.

Compared to the KL1000, the KL1200 offers enhanced durability and functionality, featuring stainless steel buttons, dual fixing points, additional programming features, and an increased battery life of up to 50,000 operations. It is constructed from a tough zinc alloy and is suitable for a wide range of light-duty applications in leisure centres, schools, offices, and shared workspaces.

The lock supports multiple user levels, including Master, Sub-Master, User, and Technician codes, and can be set to either Private Use (for dedicated users) or Public Use (for short-term locker use). It features a low battery warning and a battery override system using a 9V PP3 battery.
