The Codelocks CL510BB is a heavy-duty, back-to-back mechanical digital lock from the robust CL500 series. Designed to provide secure, coded access in both directions, it features independent keypads on both the inside and outside of the door. This makes it an ideal security solution for high-traffic areas such as offices, schools, hospitals, and commercial buildings.
Operation is straightforward: entering the correct code on either keypad allows the lever handle to retract the heavy-duty tubular mortice latch. When the door closes, the spring-loaded latchbolt automatically locks to maintain security. The unit is fully reversible (non-handed) and suitable for both internal and external doors.
Finished in a durable Stainless Steel PVD, the lock is built to withstand the elements. For environments requiring enhanced hygiene, the optional "Clean by Codelocks" finish is available to special order, featuring an ISO-certified photocatalytic coating that significantly reduces bacterial and viral growth.
Please note: To achieve a fire rating, this lock must be fitted with a compatible intumescent pack. If you are fitting this unit to an existing lock case, please verify compatibility before ordering.
