The Asec Universal Extra Large Circuit Breaker Lockout is designed to provide robust security during essential electrical maintenance and servicing. Part of the Asec Lockout Tagout (LOTO) range, this hard-wearing device helps safeguard employees from the unexpected energisation or startup of machinery, or the release of hazardous energy.
Simple to install, the lockout is fitted by turning off the circuit breaker, placing the lockout over the switch, and tightening the internal grub screw to secure it in place. Once positioned, a lockout padlock can be attached through the hasp hole. This blocks access to the grub screw, preventing the switch from being operated until the padlock is safely removed.
With its durable construction and highly visible red finish, it is an essential safety tool for industrial, commercial, and domestic electrical maintenance.
