The Asec Mortice Bathroom Lock is a medium to heavy-duty mortice lock designed specifically for internal residential doors. Certified to EN 12209, this high-quality lock is dimensionally co-ordinated with standard lever locks, making it an ideal choice for both new installations and retrofitting projects.
It features a robust brass deadbolt operated by a 5mm follower, alongside an 8mm lever follower that is perfectly suited for use with sprung lever furniture on an 8mm spindle. The latchbolt is fully reversible, allowing for quick and easy installation on both left and right-handed doors.
