The Asec AS14 & AS18 Non-Deadlocking Nightlatch is a highly versatile, lever-action rim nightlatch designed for timber doors. It features a convenient internal holdback snib, allowing you to temporarily hold the latch bolt in the open position when free access is required.

This nightlatch is exceptionally adaptable, with options to suit almost any home aesthetic. It is available in two backset sizes - 40mm (AS14) and 60mm (AS18) - and comes in a wide range of case finishes, including Black, Brasslux, Dull Metal Grey, Polished Chrome, Satin Chrome, and White. For maximum flexibility, you can purchase it as a "Case Only" unit to use with your existing rim cylinders, or as a complete set featuring a Polished Brass or Satin Chrome 5-pin cylinder.
