ASEC Aluminium MCB Lockout Toggle

The Asec Aluminium Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB) Lockout Toggle is an essential safety device designed for Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures. It helps safeguard personnel from unexpected machine startups or hazardous energy releases during essential servicing and maintenance.

This lockout toggle is exceptionally easy to use. Simply switch off the circuit breaker, place the lockout device over the toggle switch, and tighten the internal grub screw to secure it in place. Once positioned, a safety padlock can be fitted through the hole in the lockout hasp. This blocks access to the grub screw, preventing the switch from being operated until the padlock is removed.

Constructed from lightweight and durable aluminium, the toggle features a highly visible yellow finish, making it easy to identify on electrical panels. With a maximum clamping size of 6mm, it is compatible with a wide range of standard toggle switches.
