The Asec A95C Surface Release is a rim-fitted electric release designed to replace the standard keep on a surface-mounted rim nightlatch. This surface-mounted electric strike is ideal for low-duty applications, enabling remote door unlocking via intercoms or access control systems.

This release features a fail-unlocked (fail-safe) operation, meaning it will unlock in the event of a power failure to allow safe exit. It is designed specifically for inward-opening doors and comes complete with packing pieces to assist with installation.
