ASEC A1R Rim Release

The Asec A1R Rim Release is a rim-fitted electric release designed to replace the standard keep on an inward-opening rim nightlatch. This low-duty electric strike provides a convenient way to control access through timber doors, offering a reliable fail-locked (fail-secure) operation where the door remains locked in the event of a power failure.

This versatile rim release is supplied complete with packing pieces to ensure a precise fit during installation. It is available in multiple input voltage options, including 12V AC, 12V DC, and 24V DC, with current consumption options of 0.08A, 0.16A, or 0.65A. Please note that the 12V DC and 24V DC models are continuously rated, whereas the 12V AC model is intermittently rated.
