The Asec 3 Lever Sashlock is an economical yet high-quality mortice sashlock, ideal for internal residential and office doors. Designed to operate seamlessly with sprung lever furniture featuring an 8mm spindle, this lock offers reliable everyday performance.

Featuring a fully reversible latch bolt, this sashlock can easily be configured for both left and right-handed doors. It is equipped with robust brass deadbolts and three close-gated levers, offering 100 key differs. Each lock is supplied complete with two plated steel keys.

To ensure a perfect fit for your door and to match your existing hardware, this sashlock is available in a choice of backset sizes (44mm or 57mm), case depths (64mm or 76mm), and finishes (Polished Brass or Stainless Steel).
