The Alpro GCD1200 (also referred to as GDC1200) is a high-quality aluminium glass door clamp designed for frameless glass door installations. Specifically engineered for use with the Alpro EMS1200 series compact shearlock door magnets, this clamp enables the secure surface mounting of the shearlock armature or magnet housing onto glass partitions and doors without the need for drilling.
This non-handed clamp is suitable for both inward and outward opening doors, offering excellent versatility for various access control setups. It is designed to accommodate frameless glass doors with a thickness of 10mm to 12mm. Depending on your installation requirements, using one clamp on a glass door creates a 5mm door gap, while using two clamps creates an 8mm door gap. Typically, two clamps are required for a full EMS1200S surface mount installation, whereas a single clamp is needed for an EMS1200SM mixed installation.
