The Adams Rite MS1890 Mortice Hooklatch Case is designed to provide maximum security for commercial premises after hours, combined with convenient traffic control during the business day. This dual-function lock is ideal for narrow stile metal doors, allowing you to manage access seamlessly.

Operating via a screw-in cylinder (available separately), a 360° turn of the key throws or retracts the heavy-duty hookbolt. When the lock is unlocked, a further 120° turn retracts the latchbolt, allowing for easy daytime traffic. Additionally, a latch holdback snib is located inside the bolt cavity, which can only be accessed when the hookbolt is thrown, allowing the door to be set to free-swinging when required.
