ADAMS RITE DC51-V Variable Spring Transom Closer

The Adams Rite DC51-V Variable Spring Transom Closer is a highly versatile overhead concealed door closer designed specifically for aluminium doors. It shares the exact footprint as the popular Adams Rite ARC-51N, making it an ideal replacement or upgrade. Unlike fixed-strength models, the DC51-V features an adjustable spring strength (EN1-4) that can be easily adjusted to suit each individual door opening. This ensures reliable, correct closing performance while keeping the opening force to a minimum.

With a slim profile of just 37.5mm, this transom closer fits easily into standard transom channels. It features fully adjustable closing and latching speeds to tailor the door's behaviour to your environment. Please note that this unit is supplied as a body-only package, complete with a modified L bracket and tag plate.

This model is available with or without a 90° hold-open facility. Please select your preferred hold-open option, manufacturer reference, and barcode from the options below to suit your project requirements.
