The ABUS Titalium 86TI & 86TIIB Series Open Shackle Padlocks provide high-level security with a significant weight reduction of approximately 30% compared to traditional brass padlocks. This is achieved through ABUS's innovative TITALIUM™ material - a special aluminium alloy that combines exceptional strength and torsion resistance with lightweight handling.

These padlocks are designed to accommodate a standard 30/10 Euro half cylinder, allowing for seamless integration into existing master key (MK) systems or keyed-alike suites without the need for specialised tools. Please note that these padlocks are supplied without a cylinder, giving you the flexibility to install your own matching cylinder.

Featuring a double-bolted shackle made from hardened steel with a NANO PROTECT™ coating, these padlocks offer excellent resistance against corrosion and physical attacks. They are available in a range of body widths, shackle diameters, and clearances to suit various security applications.
