The ABUS 90 Series Titalium Stainless Steel Re-Keyable Closed Shackle Padlock (90RK/50) offers a high level of security with significantly less weight than traditional brass or steel locks. Crafted from TITALIUM™ - an innovative, lightweight aluminium alloy - this padlock is approximately 30% lighter than comparable models while maintaining excellent strength and torsion resistance.

Featuring a solid lock body with a modern stainless steel finish and a high-quality stainless steel shackle, it is highly resistant to severe weather, making it ideal for marine, coastal, and outdoor applications. The integrated shackle guard provides extra protection against bolt cutters, while the double-bolted shackle resists pulling and twisting forces.

For advanced security, the padlock is equipped with a paracentric keyway and a precision pin tumbler cylinder with anti-pick mushroom pins to resist manipulation. It is also highly versatile, featuring an interchangeable cylinder (compatible with the ABUS 83 Series system) that can be easily re-keyed or integrated into existing master key setups. The key-retaining design ensures the padlock must be fully closed before the key can be removed.
