ASEC FB2 Double Handed 2 Lever Rim Lock
Asec
The Asec FB2 Double Handed 2 Lever Rim Lock is a professional-grade fire brigade deadlock designed specifically for emergency service access and controlled entry points. Operated exclusively by a standard FB2 mortice key, this lock is widely used by the London Fire Service to secure communal areas, dry risers, and utility cupboards.
This rim deadlock features a double-handed design, meaning it can be installed on both left and right-handed doors without requiring manual adjustment. It is built with a robust 2-lever mechanism that ensures reliable, long-term operation.
Supplied as a complete boxed unit, it includes a strike plate and one escutcheon. Please note that keys are sold separately to allow integration into existing FB2 keyed-alike suites.

Moved into a property that had Avocet ABS keys but the previous owner didn't leave the key code so local key cutters couldn't cut any. Avocet put us in touch with Lock & Key, who decoded using photos of the key, cut new ones and sent them to us very quickly. Great service
