What is a master key system?

A master key system is a structured key hierarchy that lets the right people open the right doors, and nothing else. It’s the standard approach for multi-door environments: estates, schools, NHS sites, councils, housing and commercial buildings. We primarily use fully patent protected keys, so it prevents unauthoirsed access. We can supply 'open' systems where key control is not a major issue.

Benefits

How it works

1
Scope & plan

We map doors, groups, and access levels for staff, contractors, and services.

2
Design & Brief

You can just email us how you want the doors to work, or send a spreadsheet listing the various doors and how you want the key heirarchy to work

3
Supply only or supply and fit

Most customers have their own installation team, but as we are a large 'Bricks and Mortar' Master Locksmithing company we can offer full installation.

4
Ongoing support

Expand, replace cylinders, and order keys online 24/7 provided you are the registered keeper of the suite. Above all, you can just pick up the phone and talk to us!
