Master Key Systems
Secure, auditable master key suites for HMO Landlords, MOD sites, airports, estates teams, facilities managers, councils, NHS sites, schools, housing providers, marine industry, and commercial buildings. We design the hierarchy, specify the correct cylinders to suit your brief, pin and test the suite, then document it so future expansion and re-orders are simple.
Clear key hierarchy, optional high security TS007 3 Star or standard cylinder attack resistance and simple process to expand and modify the suite.

Technical guidance for system design, sector-specific pages for buyers, and high-intent landing pages for quotes, expansion and urgent issues.
Restricted keys, high-security suites, hybrid access control, hierarchy design, audits and key control policies.
Sector pages built around real triggers: lost keys, refurbishments, compliance, turnover, and multi-site estates.
Quote, expand, replace lost keys, convert a building, or handle an emergency rekeying situation.
Restricted key control for master key suites
For organisations that need strong key control, we can supply a patented restricted key platform. Keys cannot be copied without your written permission. Extra keys are typically cut and shipped within 48 hours, with clear documentation for re-orders.
What is a master key system?
A master key system is a structured key hierarchy that lets the right people open the right doors, and nothing else. It’s the standard approach for multi-door environments: estates, schools, NHS sites, councils, housing and commercial buildings. We primarily use fully patent protected keys, so it prevents unauthoirsed access. We can supply 'open' systems where key control is not a major issue.
Benefits
- Clear access hierarchy (GMK/MK/CK) with audit-ready documentation. Learn the hierarchy
- Expandable as your site grows; replacements keyed back to plan. Expand your system
- Optional restricted profiles to control duplication. Restricted keys
How it works
We map doors, groups, and access levels for staff, contractors, and services.
You can just email us how you want the doors to work, or send a spreadsheet listing the various doors and how you want the key heirarchy to work
Most customers have their own installation team, but as we are a large 'Bricks and Mortar' Master Locksmithing company we can offer full installation.
Expand, replace cylinders, and order keys online 24/7 provided you are the registered keeper of the suite. Above all, you can just pick up the phone and talk to us!
