KICKSTOP 9617 20mm London Door Bar

The KICKSTOP 9617 20mm London Door Bar is a robust door frame reinforcing bar designed to protect wooden door frames from forced entry. When a door is kicked or forced, the timber frame around the rim lock or nightlatch is highly vulnerable to splitting. This heavy-duty steel anti-burglary device is screwed onto the internal face of the lock side of the frame, providing essential reinforcement to resist physical attacks.

This 9617 version features a large 'D' shaped staple designed to fit over the staple (keep) of a surface-fitted rim lock or cylinder nightlatch, accommodating staple sizes of up to 30mm x 97mm. Manufactured from 5mm thick solid steel with rounded edges and countersunk fixing holes, it ensures a flush, secure fit.
