Designed primarily for timber doors up to 50mm thick, this horizontal sashlock is the ideal choice when fitting traditional mortice door knobs, providing ample clearance to prevent scraped knuckles.

Featuring a robust 5-detainer mechanism, the 3J60 offers up to 25,000 key differs, delivering a significantly higher level of security and pick-resistance than standard lever locks. The 14mm deadbolt is reinforced with hardened steel rollers to defend against saw attacks, while the latchbolt is easily operated by a handle from either side.

This non-handed lock is fully reversible, making it suitable for both left and right-handed doors opening inwards or outwards. It is also EN1634-1 approved for use on 60-minute timber fire doors and comes backed by a 10-year manufacturer's guarantee. For added convenience, it can be keyed alike or master keyed alongside other detainer locks by our in-house locksmith team.
