For enhanced security, the padlock is double-bolted to resist pulling and twisting attacks. It features a precision pin tumbler cylinder with anti-pick mushroom pins to protect against manipulation. Depending on the size, the shackle is made from hardened steel (for 30mm bodies) or through-hardened steel alloy (for 40mm and above), finished with NANO PROTECT™ plating for superior corrosion resistance.

This padlock is highly versatile and available in a wide range of configurations. Customers can choose from body widths ranging from 30mm to 50mm, shackle diameters from 5mm to 8mm, and vertical clearances from 40mm to 80mm.
