A standout feature of these locks is their deadlocking capability. The latch automatically deadlocks when the door is closed, and the internal handle can be deadlocked from the outside with a reverse turn of the key. This prevents unauthorized entry even if an intruder attempts to operate the handle through a letterbox. Additionally, the internal snib button allows you to deadlock the latch internally or hold it back to prevent accidental lockouts.

These nightlatches are available in multiple configurations. You can choose between a 40mm backset (Yale 85) for narrow stile doors or a 60mm backset (Yale 89) for standard doors. They are offered in a wide range of finishes, including Brasslux, Chrome Plated, Dull Metal Grey, Polished Brass, and Satin Chrome, with options for boxed or visi packaging, as well as case-only variants.
