DORMAKABA 6200 Series Digital Lock

The dormakaba Simplex 6200 Series (formerly Kaba) is a fully mechanical digital lock that offers a reliable, battery-free access control solution for light commercial and residential doors. Designed with durability in mind, this weather-resistant lock features vandal-resistant solid metal pushbuttons and a protective clutch mechanism to prevent forced entry damage.

Programming is straightforward and can be completed directly via the 5-button keypad without removing the unit from the door. It supports a single access code of 1 to 5 digits, offering over 1,000 possible combinations. Operation from the outside is controlled by a thumbturn upon entering the correct code, while the inside knobset provides free egress at all times.

This versatile lock is factory-handed left but is easily field-reversible on-site to suit both left and right-handed doors. It is suitable for doors between 35mm and 57mm thick and is supplied with a standard 70mm latch.
