The Adams Rite 4710 Mortice Deadlatch Case is a heavy-duty, narrow-stile latch designed specifically for aluminium and metal doors. It features an automatic deadlocking mechanism, which secures the latch bolt as soon as the door is closed, preventing unauthorised entry via "loiding" or case-knife manipulation.

This deadlatch case is operated externally by a standard screw-in cylinder (sold separately) and is compatible with internal paddle handles, lever sets, or thumbturns. Please note that this unit is supplied as a lock case only; compatible faceplates and strike plates must be ordered separately to suit your specific door profile and installation requirements.
