The dormakaba BTS80F is a high-performance, concealed floor spring door closer designed for heavy-duty applications, including fire and smoke check doors. Offering a discreet and highly adaptable solution, this floor spring is installed below floor level to maintain clean door aesthetics without compromising on safety or control.

This floor spring is suitable for doors weighing up to 300kg and with a maximum door width of 1100mm. It features a fixed power size of EN 4, mechanical backcheck to prevent damage from forceful opening, and full hydraulic control of the closing action from 180° with adjustable latching.

Please note that this unit is supplied with a cement box but does not include the spindle or cover plate (available separately).
