We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly. If any of the goods prove to be unsuitable please return them at your own cost within 14 days in the original packaging and in an unused condition for a full refund.
Customised products IE extra keys cut for locks are not refundable as they are purely made for your order and not a re-stockable item, if the keys are faulty we will re-cut or refund following our normal quality policy to find out why they do not work.Keyed alike locks again are a custom specific product so we can not refund any keyed alike costs, we will refund the cost of the locks minus any extra keys that may need to be cut to put the locks back into stock for re-sale.
If the goods are delivered exactly as your order and they are not faulty or damaged and returned to us we may have to pay a 15% re-stock charge. We reserve the right to charge 15% for the re-stocking for items that where delivered as ordered and in perfect working condition. However we will only apply this if we are actually charged and we will look at each case individually.

For any reason you cancel or refuse to accept delivery after your order is dispatched, we will refund your original purchase minus any initial delivery costs or return delivery costs once the product is returned.
You are free to arrange any returns yourself, but we advise you use a tracked service - we can not accept responsibility for returned items that do not arrive back at our warehouse.
Goods must be undamaged, unused and in their original packaging to qualify for any refunds.
We can arrange for the return of the goods, but we will charge you for the shipping costs involved, unless the product is faulty. This charge also applies if you ask for an exchange, but we will always try to be reasonable if you simply need to exchange it for another item.
