Delivery Information

If you need your item delivering urgently IE next day please call us to ensure we can accommodate the request.

Opening hours; Monday > Friday 9am to 4pm.

All orders for all products have a £4.80 Royal Mail Tracked 48 for option - however we always advise upgrading to the DPD tracked service 'Next day £6.95' option in the check out as this generally get the item delivered the next working day.

Although most of our parcels are delivered next working day - please note this is not a guaranteed service.

International Delivery, We have stopped shipping overseas however if you email us your requirements. You are able to still buy from us, we will require you to arrange collection from our office instead.

Saturday & Sunday, before 10:30am and before 12 noon premium deliveries do tend to be more reliable IE 98% on time - but again this is still in the hands of our couriers. It can not be guaranteed as they are not under our control!

Key cutting and lock building - keyed alike and master key services are not 'next day' services. Generally we will cut and ship key orders the same day but please allow 2 working days for this service. Lock building / keying alike please allow 2-3 working days, again we do try to ship faster.

LockandKey.co.uk cannot be held accountable for late deliveries if the parcel has been dispatched in accordance to our terms - after this point we are in the hands of our couriers who we have found to be the best available. Orders received after 4pm will be dispatched the next working day.

Please note at Bank Holidays orders placed after 1.00pm Friday and over the Bank Holiday weekends will not usually be delivered until the following Wednesday, unless a Saturday special delivery has been paid for on the Friday before 1pm.

If you know you will not be at home to accept delivery, or simply need to "pop out" please leave our carrier a signed note as to where they can leave your order with the consignment number on the note (That way we know it must be from you, as no-one else would know the consignment number)
Perhaps the shed, garage, porch or neighbour. If for some reason you are unable to take delivery during the specified time, then lockandKey.co.uk is entitled to consider the order cancelled and charge a re-stock fee, or if agreed in writing we may redeliver, but is entitled to charge a re-delivery fee (we will always try to be fair and reasonable, and arrange a re-delivery free of charge - however we can not keep paying our couriers for a re-delivery service,.
We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time, which we quote for that item, please contact us by email or telephone. We will try and ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible.
