Yale Platinum 3 star TS007 Euro Cylinder Locks

As a Yale authorised support centre we are getting lots of enquiries about the new Yale anti snap platinum euro lock. The new AS Platinum retail cylinders should be available in the next few weeks. However the pricing seems to be close to the ABS 3 star euro locks which have already proven themselves in the high security cylinder market and in our opinion the ABS is a better product!
While we are a Yale authorised centre, we are not 'puppets on a string' as master locksmiths we can voice our own objective opinions on lock design and everyday use!
Yale are also developing a TS007 3 Star Superior anti snap euro cylinder which will have the anti snap defence at both ends which will make measuring them much simpler.
Yale's sister company Mul-T-Lock (also owned by Assa Abloy) have managed to produce a TS007, 3 star euro lock, however it is priced well above the Police Commissioner and Sold Secure approved ABS Avocet 3 star cylinder which we think is perfect for domestic use and we would only consider advising the Mul-T-Lock solution for serious commercial users as they are approx £60 per lock and can not be keyed alike or master keyed easily!
